Abstract

|
A case of malignant ovarian mixed mesodermal turn-or in a.42 years old Korean female (in a artificial menopause) is presented. The histology of the tumor is unique in that it reveals mesenchymal components histologically indistinguishable from primary
osteogenic sarcoma of bone.
Discussion and literature review are made in relation to the histogenesis and histopathological features of malignant Mullerian mesodermal tumor or ovary.
This reprents the first reported case of malignant mixed mesodermal tumor or ovary in Korean literature.
